It should also be noted that Tom has had other published works as well. He has had 35 letters to the editor published from 1988 to 2005. He wrote a story on his great grandfather for the Port Dover Maple Leaf in 1988. Tom has also had articles published in the Long Point Settlers Journal (1994 & 1995), Norfolks (1994), and Families (1995).  Tom also helps write, produce and distribute the Ryerse-Ryerson family newsletter, The Port Ryerse Journal. He has been involved with the newsletter since 1994, and has had two articles published in there as well. In 2002 he wrote the obituary for his grandfather Harold Laursen. His most recent project was writing the liner notes for the 2007 DVD issue of Caligula. Have a look HERE!
