Jocelyn E. Morris
Like author Tom Ryerson, Jocelyn E. Morris has just begun to write herself, starting off with short stories. She currently works part-time in the offices of the Isis Press, and works full-time in the office of an insurance broker. It shouldn't be too hard to tell what she prefers to do. Born in Strathroy, Ontario, she graduated from high school there, and went on to a take a general arts course in college.

Marraige and children soon followed, but Joss never quit writing poetry, although she didn't take it too seriously. Once she came work at the Isis office, she wondered about persuing longer-form writing herself, like she didn't have enough on the go. The plan was to write a compilation book of five to six short stories.

Joss was introduced to the Authonomy website in August 2009, and decided to join up in January 2010 after she completed her first short story, "A Bore No More." This story made it's debut at Authonomy.com in late January, and has been steadily climbing it's way to the top. At the time of writing, the short story is ranked at #1,171 out of about 5,400 books and short stories of over 10,000 words.

Joss is currently working on her second short story. Stay tuned to find out what it might be! (She also plans to edit A Bore No More as per feedback at Authonomy)
