| On the left - The "real" Alicia Murdock, taken about 1890, age 18. This was the the photograph Tom used as part of the new book cover. He also used a pocket watch, several Spanish gold coins, and a 1652 map of the new world. This was the first book cover that Tom completely designed himself.
